Alex Galvan

President & COO

Alex Galvan serves as President & COO of BCGK, leading day-to-day operations and helping shape the systems, standards, and strategy behind our growing portfolio. With more than a decade of hands-on multifamily experience spanning property operations, asset management, construction management, training, and strategic execution, Alex brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build high-performing communities.

Prior to joining BCGK, Alex served as President of Residents First Property Management, where he helped lead rapid multi-state expansion and implemented operational systems and strategies that doubled the portfolio within a matter of months. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations for a multifamily portfolio exceeding 5,000 units.

Having worked across nearly every level of multifamily operations, Alex brings a leadership philosophy centered on operational discipline, accountability, strong systems, and continuous improvement. His focus at BCGK is building an operating platform designed to deliver exceptional service, stronger property performance, and lasting value for the clients and communities we serve.
